INSIGHTS & IDEAS

When working in groups, or presenting to others, too many of us are unaware that our bodies do a lot of the talking. And the message we often deliver may not be the one intended.

BodyLingo will help you and your colleagues tap into your personal potential for more effective presentations, team dynamics, problem solving and performance under pressure. Our physical communication workshops use proven and fun techniques and activities to build awareness of the body as a communication tool. Focus is also put on health and wellness.

The PURPOSE is to tap into your personal potential through mind/body connection and intuitive expression.

The INTENTION is to cultivate awareness of the body as a communication tool, encouraging relaxation, playfulness and innovation.

The AIM is to develop a smart body that possesses physical ease.

The RESULT is improved self-confidence, presentation skills, group dynamics and problem solving.
